Can I add my baby’s name?

Select “Yes” and enter your baby’s name to personalise this outfit. Choose “No” to order without a name; the price updates automatically based on your selection.

Enter up to 15 characters in the same language as the sample name shown on the product. Your baby’s name replaces the sample name in the same position. Font, colour and placement cannot be changed.

Please check the spelling carefully—we print it exactly as entered and do not provide a preview before printing.

Can I change, cancel or return my order?

Contact us promptly with your order number to request a change or cancellation before printing starts. Cancellations confirmed before printing receive a full refund without deductions.

Once printing starts, changes, cancellations and change-of-mind returns are unavailable because your outfit is made to order.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?

Please record an unboxing video when opening your parcel. Report any wrong or damaged item within 24 hours of delivery, sharing your order number, unboxing video and clear photos of the issue.

We assess each case individually and confirm the appropriate resolution.
