Cancellation Policy

Account Cancellation

You have the option to cancel your account with us at any given time either through the panel or by contacting us at support@arvesa.in. Please keep in mind that once your account is cancelled, all of your content will be permanently removed from the website. As the deletion of all data is irreversible, please ensure that you genuinely wish to cancel your account before proceeding. Additionally, please note that if we suspect any fraudulent activity related to the Site or the ARVESA process, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

 

Order Cancellation

All orders placed on our platform are automatically processed and promptly sent for processing. Once the processing is complete, the orders are immediately prepared for shipment. It is important to note that during this entire process, we incur non-reversible fees. While we understand that there may be instances where orders need to be modified, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide this service free of charge beyond a certain point. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy, which is as follows:

 

- If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a cancellation fee of 15% will be applied before issuing any credit.
- In the event that you wish to cancel your order after it has already been shipped, we kindly request that you refer to our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will be treated as a return, and all applicable fees will be applied accordingly.
- Orders that are refused upon delivery will be subject to all the applicable fees mentioned above, including restocking, cancellation, and any other relevant fees.

Cancellation by ARVESA

There may be certain orders that ARVESA is unable to accept and has the right to cancel such order. ARVESA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Buyer's order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the Product or quantities ordered by Buyer or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information. ARVESA may also require additional verifications or information before processing any order.
All such cancellation shall be without any recourse to Buyer and without any liability to the ARVESA. If Buyer's order is so cancelled, after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be reversed / remitted to the Buyer either to the bank account provided by the Buyer for such reversal, or to the payment instrument of the Buyer from which payment was made, or to any pre-paid payment instrument account of the Buyer. ARVESA shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above options. In the event a promotional code given by ARVESA is used for the purchase of the Product, the amount under such promotional code shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order.
