Return Policy:

- We apologize for any issues you may have encountered with your product. However, please note that we do not accept exchanges or refunds as our products are made-to-order. The only exception is if there is a manufacturing defect, in which case we will gladly offer an exchange.

- If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. Additionally, we kindly ask you to double-check the size and dimensions listed in the product description before placing your order, as we cannot accept returns for size mismatches.

 

In Case of Manufacturing Defect:

- To report a manufacturing defect, please send us clear pictures or videos of the product via WhatsApp at +919967143068 within 24 hours of receiving it.

- When contacting us, please provide your name, order number, date of purchase, and registered mobile number.

- Please ensure that the item is properly repackaged in its original packaging before returning it.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

How long will it take for me to receive the exchange for my return?

The duration for receiving the exchange is contingent upon the arrival of the returned product at our warehouse. Once we receive your return, the exchange process will be completed within a period of 7 to 10 days.

Will I incur any costs for returning the product in case of a manufacturing defect?

No charges will be imposed on you for returning the product. The responsibility of covering the cost of return lies with us. However, it is essential that you ensure the product packaging and tag remain in their original condition, undamaged, and properly placed.

What if the product does not fit?

Products with sizing issues cannot be replaced. There will be no provision for a refund or exchange in such cases. You will need to purchase a different size.

If the product I wish to replace is not available at your store?

We apologize for the unavailability of the desired product. The possibility of replacing the merchandise is contingent upon its availability at that particular moment.

What should I do if I received the incorrect product?

If you have received the wrong item that is different from what you originally ordered, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. While it is uncommon, we acknowledge that mistakes can happen. The possible reasons for receiving the wrong product could be misprinting, a damaged or defective item, and items lost during shipment, or receiving broken products. In any of these cases, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the products. Once verified, we will arrange for a new shipment with the correct product. Please note that in such cases, only an exchange is possible and not a return.

There are certain situations where a product cannot be returned. For instance, if the product is damaged by the customer or has been used even once. We take photos of the product just before shipping, and we recommend that customers do the same by providing a 360-degree unboxing parcel video in case of any damage or wrong and missing items. The issue must be clearly shown in the video without any pauses or cuts, and it should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

While ordering, please ensure to check the size before placing an order to avoid any size mismatch as products with sizing issues cannot be replaced.

Regarding the pickup of the product, we offer this facility for select pin codes. You can check if your pin code is eligible for pickup delivery. If pickup is not available for your pin code, you can ship the product to the address mentioned above.

IS RETURN APPLICABLE ON OFFERS/SALE/CLEARANCE PRODUCTS?

If a product is purchased under any specific offer, sale, or clearance, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Additionally, these offers cannot be combined with each other.

WHAT IF THE PACKAGING OF THE PRODUCT (THE OUTER LAYER) IS SLIGHTLY DAMAGED DURING THE TRANSIT?

In the event that the outer packaging of the product, such as the container, cover, or bubble wrap, is damaged, please inspect the actual product itself.

WHAT IF YOU SIMPLY DON’T LIKE THE PRODUCT OR ORDERED IT BY MISTAKE?

Please note that our products are made-to-order and therefore cannot be returned if you have simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong product by mistake. We highly recommend thoroughly reading the entire product description, size guide, and information before placing an order. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, you can certainly initiate a return process. Please report the defect within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing clear images and videos of the actual defect.

WHAT IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT?

If you happen to be dissatisfied with the quality, we acknowledge that quality holds utmost significance when placing an order. Hence, we ensure that you receive a product of the utmost quality. However, it is worth noting that everyone's perception of quality may vary. While it may be considered the best purchase and value for money by some, it may not be the case for others. Due to the nature of the product being printed based on the order received, it is not possible to alter or replace it.

CASH ON DELIVERY CHARGES

There is an additional charge of INR 49/- on all COD (Cash-on-delivery) orders which is not refundable.
